The Portsmouth Police Department is mourning the loss of a co-worker, friend and true public servant who dedicated his entire working life to public service.
Mr. Arthur L. Gough a long time volunteer with the Portsmouth Police Department’s Crime Analysis Unit passed away on December 28th, 2008.
